5. There is no failure only feedback.

In our daily activities, we encounter a lot of failures. But this things are not actually your destiny, this are only feedback. In such work, if we did our best we can say that the finish product will be great. In everything we do, if we did our best we can surely think that this is almost done.

For example in your work, you always did your paper works late and sometimes it became unfinished works. In this scenario we can say that there is only a little chance for us to be promoted or to get higher salary. The greater chance is being rebuke by your boss or worse being fired. You cannot say that in what happen it is a failure. It is only a feedback in what you have done to make it happen. So it is better for you to think what you wanted and work hard for it for you to expect a victory.

In everyday life we often encounter this failures, but if we live to the fullest of our life and in everything we do we always did our best I can say that we can be successful in what we are doing.
